Focus on the present. If you do revisit the past and start to have memories that don’t serve you well, replace that past memory with a great memory. Foward that positive experience to the future memories you want to make. Peace of mind is always the objective. We are either living in the past, present, or future. We connect the past to the future with negative events which cause worry and fear. There is power in that because we can always switch the narrative in our minds. We can associate a positive experience from the past with the future as well. Instead of fear and worry, we get peace and excitement.
